HUSQVARNA MOBILITY PRESENTS
2025 FACTORY EDITION MOTOCROSS MACHINE
Husqvarna Mobility is pleased to unveil its 2025 FC 450 Factory Edition. Finished with the latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing livery for a true race team look, this track ready machine is expertly assembled using cutting -edge technology, an extensive list of Technical Accessories and championship-winning components. This combination delivers a distinct on-track advantage for all racers, with the overall performance of each motorcycle customisable through advanced electronics that ensure a truly personalised riding experience.
Headlining the list of Technical Accessories found on both Factory Edition models are the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) and the front-fender-mounted GPS sensor. Once the CUO is paired with the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app on a smartphone, a choice of pre-set engine maps – based on pre-defined track conditions – can be activated from the 'Engine’ section of the app. Each map can then be personalised and saved, with riders able to refine the settings of the engine braking, Launch and Traction Control, as well as Quickshifter sensitivity to suit their speed and ability.
Every track session is recorded by the GPS sensor. Within the 'Rider' feature of the app, which is powered by LITPro, lap times are shown together with the fastest lines around any race track. This analysis allows racers to reduce their lap times as they can clearly see the most efficient way to ride any circuit. The free-to-download app also features set-up recommendations for the WP suspension, ensuring riders compete with optimal settings for every type of racing surface.
The 2025 FC 450 Factory Edition is built with the very best Technical Accessories to maximise durability and performance. The Factory Racing wheel set is equipped with Dunlop GEOMAX MX34 tyres, while Factory Racing triple clamps feature handlebar mounts that offer a choice of two mounting positions, as well as the option to be fitted with or without rubber dampers for a customised set-up.
To aid durability, the skid plate and front disc protector are made from 2K Carbon. A Rekluse clutch cover, WP Factory start device, GUTS Factory Racing seat cover and FMF Racing Factory 4.1 silencer further emphasise the premium specification of each machine.

Husqvarna Mobility continues to grow its electric motorcycle range by unveiling its exciting and all-new Pioneer. The street-legal machine is designed primarily for offroad use and is powered by a 5.5 kWh Li-Ion battery that offers a WMTC range of up to 137 kilometres and a running time of up to three hours. Together with an 11 kW motor that provides a peak power output of 19.2 kW and 37.6 Nm of torque, the Pioneer features a chassis developed exclusively for the new model to ensure an unrivalled riding experience.
The Pioneer is expertly crafted around a chromium-molybdenum frame for assured durability and performance. The unique chassis design incorporates the motor and battery as load-bearing components, which in turn reduces overall weight and contributes to the precisely calculated geometry and flex characteristics of the new machine.
Selectable ride modes further enhance the exceptional riding experience that the Pioneer offers. With three options to suit varying abilities as well as the terrain, the perfect amount of power is always delivered to the rear wheel. In addition, Traction Control can be activated in conjunction with any ride mode, while three levels of energy recuperation for the battery are available. All options are easily engaged using the handlebar-mounted switch cube.
The 11 kW electric motor used to power the Pioneer has been designed and developed in-house by Husqvarna Mobility. With no clutch or gearbox, the Pioneer offers beginners an easy introduction to riding motorcycles, while allowing those with more experience to master more technical terrain with ease. Adding to the simplicity of riding the machine is the rear brake, which is operated by a lever on the left side of the ProTaper handlebars.
A 5.5 kWh Li-Ion battery provides up to three hours of running time and can be replaced with a fully charged spare within 10 minutes if required. Using the supplied 660 W charger, a full recharge can be achieved in eight hours using a standard household supply. With the Pioneer designed to be ridden offroad in all conditions, the battery, motor and all connected components are rated IP 67, making them all fully dust and waterproof.
Adjustable WP suspension, offering 250 mm of travel front and 240 mm of travel rear, ensures all riders can customise the settings to suit their requirements. The WP XACT forks feature an air spring, and the Pioneer is supplied with the pump required to adjust the pressure. Additionally, the compression and rebound can be fine-tuned using the easy-access clickers. The WP XPLOR PDS rear shock offers both high and low speed compression, rebound and preload adjustment to ensure maximum comfort and traction.

HUSQVARNA MOBILITY REVEALS WATER COOLED EE 5
2025 ELECTRIC-POWERED MACHINE PROVIDES EXTENDED RIDE TIME AND CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE
Husqvarna Mobility is excited to unveil a new EE 5 for 2025. By introducing water-cooling technology to the state-of-the-art motocross machine, average battery life has increased by 30 per cent, in addition to providing a more stable power delivery for the duration of its running time. The EE 5 is also enhanced for the new model year with scaled-down bodywork from the full-size motocross line-up and finished with distinctive graphics.
Since its very successful launch in 2019, the EE 5 has provided young riders with a smooth introduction to riding and racing motocross. Powered by a capable and highly efficient 907 Wh Li-Ion battery and 5 kW electric motor, the EE 5 rivals the performance of its 50 cc, combustion engine competition. With a choice of six ride modes, the power delivery can be easily customised to suit all rider abilities.
When the lowest mode is selected, the battery offers approximately two hours of riding time. The overall running time varies depending on the track conditions and mode selected with the least restrictive option allowing for up to 30 minutes of action. Simple recharging is assured with the worldwide charger, which can be connected to any 110 or 230-Volt socket. Once plugged in, an 80 per cent charge can be achieved in just 45 minutes while a full recharge taking only 70 minutes.
Beyond the water-cooled motor, the EE 5 is expertly crafted with a perfectly balanced and height-adjustable chassis. By simply refitting the ergonomic bodywork and seat into the lower mounting points, reinstalling the WP shock in the alternative position, and raising the WP forks through the triple clamps, the EE 5 can be altered from its standard height of 674 mm to 626 mm. This adjustability allows shorter riders to begin riding the EE 5 in its lowest setting, and as they grow, the higher setting can be re-introduced.
Further customisation comes from the WP suspension. The shock offers 193 mm of travel and adjustable preload, high and low speed compression, and rebound to ensure riders can create a personalised set-up. Together with the 35 mm forks that offer 205 mm of travel, all youngsters can ride with comfort and confidence, even on the roughest of race tracks.
With an extensive list of quality components used to assemble the small machine, the EE 5 delivers an unrivalled on-track experience for all youngsters. Hydraulic disc brakes, a high-strength, chromium-molybdenum steel frame, NEKEN handlebars and ODI grips, and MAXXIS tyres underline the high specification of the latest EE 5.

HUSQVARNA MOBILITY EXCITED TO REVEAL NEW GENERATION TC 85 FOR 2025
NEW FRAME, IMPROVED ENGINE, AND MULTIPLE TECHNICAL UPDATES TRANSFORM THE POPULAR SMALL CAPACITY MACHINE
For 2025, Husqvarna Mobility is pleased to announce a new generation TC 85 to underline its continued development of high-performance, two-stroke minicycles. The competition-focused machine is now built around an all-new chassis that offers significant improvements to handling and stability, while an updated engine boosts bottom to mid-range power. Further components introduced to improve the on-track experience for all young riders include the new WP shock, swingarm and ergonomic bodywork. Rounding out the changes, new graphics to match the full-size models create a modern and unified look for the class-leading TC 85.
With the previous generation model raced to victory in the 2023 FIM Junior Motocross World Championship, the new TC 85 is built upon proven foundations and beautifully crafted. For 2025, a new frame with refined geometry considerably improves handling and stability. Mirroring the construction of the full-size machines, the new WP XACT shock – which is 16 mm shorter than before to ensure a more balanced chassis – is mounted onto the upper frame tube. This design creates a more planted feel for the TC 85 and is a huge benefit on rough tracks and big jumps. Additionally, the steering head angle is reduced by a half degree and positioned six mm closer to the centre of the chassis for enhanced cornering, especially when exiting turns.
The 85 cc two-stroke engine benefits from several new components, all introduced to create stronger power in the low to mid-range without sacrificing top-end performance. The updates include a new cylinder head, spark plug, ignition and exhaust, with the settings inside the Keihin carburettor adjusted to suit the improved engine. Finally, when compared to the outgoing generation, the engine is rotated three degrees upwards at the front, and by pivoting from the same mounting point at the swingarm, the weight is distributed more effectively for improved cornering and jumping.
The swingarm itself is new and 300 grams lighter thanks to a refined casting process. Together, the new frame, WP XACT shock and swingarm combine to reduce the overall height of the TC 85. These changes, introduced alongside new ergonomic bodywork, ensure young riders can move around on the TC 85 much more easily, which inspires confidence and allows them to compete with improved control. In addition, a modernised rider triangle created by the new footrests, handlebars and lower seat further enhances the riding experience, making the new generation model incredibly effortless to ride.
Technical highlights:
- Revised engine – delivers a significant boost from low to mid-range power
- New frame – with revised geometry for improved stability and handling
- New swingarm – 300 grams lighter and made using an updated process for optimal rigidity
- New WP XACT rear shock with shorter travel – refines balance and stability
